Administrative Requests: Use GP Triage Services
To improve patient access and reduce telephone wait times, Langton Medical Group encourages the use of our Online GP Triage system for non-urgent administrative matters.
This digital service allows you to submit requests directly to our team, ensuring you receive the most appropriate care or documentation without needing to call the surgery.
Avoid the Telephone Queue for:
- Fit Notes (Sick Notes): Submit new requests or extensions for Fit Notes.
- Test Results: Enquire about recent laboratory or diagnostic results.
- Referral Updates: Check the status of an existing specialist referral.
- Medical Letters: Request private certificates, insurance reports, or travel letters.
We will contact you by telephone, or by letter, only if a result is abnormal and you require treatment or further investigations. You will not be contacted if your result is normal. If you wish to enquire about the results of your tests please telephone at the end of surgery sessions. The administrative staff will give results to you or you may be asked to speak to the nurse or doctor. Adults' results will not be given to anyone other than the patient, except in exceptional circumstances.

10.00am - 6.30pm.
