Administrative Requests: Use GP Triage Services
To improve patient access and reduce telephone wait times, Langton Medical Group encourages the use of our Online GP Triage system for non-urgent administrative matters.
This digital service allows you to submit requests directly to our team, ensuring you receive the most appropriate care or documentation without needing to call the surgery.
Avoid the Telephone Queue for:
- Fit Notes (Sick Notes): Submit new requests or extensions for Fit Notes.
- Test Results: Enquire about recent laboratory or diagnostic results.
- Referral Updates: Check the status of an existing specialist referral.
- Medical Letters: Request private certificates, insurance reports, or travel letters.
Please note that if you don't have an existing fit/sick note you will require a GP appointment before we issue one.

If you require a new sick/fit note or need an existing one extended, please contact the surgery to submit your request. Please ensure requests are made in a timely manner, as they may take a couple of working days to process.
