Results of our Patient Services Questionnaire 2014/2015

Dear patients,

We welcome your feedback on aspects of our services and in February 2015 invited patients to complete a questionnaire about our services. This questionnaire was available on our website and on paper in both of our surgeries until 28 February 2015.

One of the actions we identified from the results and comments we received in the completed questionnaires was to make information available to our patients in particular the items that were asked in the “what would you like to be included on the website” question.
