Healthy Lifestyle signposting

The Healthy Staffordshire Hub provides information, advice and guidance on how to lead a healthier lifestyle (such as stopping smoking, achieving a healthy weight, eating healthily, drinking a little less alcohol or doing more activity).
You could do this by accessing ‘The Health and Wellbeing Planner’. The Planner directs individuals to sources of advice and support provided by public, private or community and voluntary sector organisations.

Other forms of support are digital sources which includes websites such as ONE You whereby support to stop smoking can be given via email, SMS or a smartphone app -

The Health and Wellbeing Planner can be used to identify what it is that an individual wants to achieve, what they can do differently to achieve their goal, and what advice, information and support will help them along the way.

A personalised report is produced at the end of the tool summarising the actions chosen along with all of the selected information, advice and guidance.
