The Langton Medical Group welcomes any compliments, comments or feedback from patients about the services provided. These can be verbal or in writing, ideally to the Practice Manager, Mrs Deirdre Smouna, but all staff will pass comments on to her. You can send your complaint as a letter or an email, or print and use the form on this link. Please include the issues you wish to complain about; it will be a great help if you are as specific as possible e.g. who you saw or spoke with, what time and date, what you are complaining about; so that we can investigate your complaint.
There is also a suggestion box situated in Reception for your use.
There is a leaflet explaining the Practice Complaints procedure which is available from reception. All complaints, verbal or written should be addressed to the Practice Manager Mrs Deirdre Smouna, or to any of the doctors.
