Lichfield Closure

Langton Medical Group will be CLOSED for surgeries and SAME DAY TEAM on Tuesday 19th December from 1.00pm for staff and GP training. The SAME DAY TEAM will be on from 9am and will close when clinically safe to do so (at Lichfield). If you need urgent medical assistance please phone 111 (these calls are free from both landline and mobiles). Normal daytime surgeries will resume at Lichfield surgery on Wednesday 20th December at 8am.

200 Did Not Attends in October

There were 200 patients that did not attend their appointment at the Langton Medical Group in July. These were therefore wasted appointments that could have been re-allocated to someone who was in need of an appointment at that time. If you are unable to make your appointment could you please phone and inform our receptionists so that your appointment slot can be allocated to someone else.

If you have been asked by a doctor or a nurse to record some home blood pressure readings, please use the attached document. Please follow the instructions on the form. Once complete it can be returned via the Langton Medical Group email: Langton.medical@nhs.net or handed into reception. Please ensure you have written your Name, DOB and Address on the form.
